Minimum Age: You must be 25 years of age, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to rent/use the cabin.

Maximum Occupancy is six (6) guests: We may be able to accommodate slightly larger groups with small children.  Please contact us before attempting to book your stay.

Rates are based on two-person occupancy:  An additional guest charge of $25 per person, per night will be charged for parties greater than two.

Minimum Stay: A two-night minimum stay is required during on and off seasons.  A three-night minimum stay is required during holidays (indicated above).

A six percent (6%) lodging tax will be applied to the listed rates.

Payment in full is due at time of booking.

No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed inside the cabin or on any outside porches, decks, balcony, or in the hot tub.  See rental agreement (link) for cleaning fees associated with smoking.

No Pets: While we love our furry friends, we do not allow any pets inside the cabin or on the grounds. See rental agreement (link) for fees associated with pets.

No hunting, ATV’s, fireworks or weapons of any kind allowed on the property. 

Cancellation Policy: A one-hundred dollar ($100) fee will be charged for any and all cancellations.  Reservations cancelled thirty (30) days or more in advance of stay will receive a full refund minus the one-hundred dollar ($100) cancellation fee.  Reservations cancelled less than thirty (30) days, but fourteen (14) days or more prior to stay will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund less the $100 cancellation fee.  Reservations cancelled less than fourteen (14) days prior to stay will not be refunded.  If we can rebook your dates you will receive a full refund minus the $100 cancellation fee.  Refunds and/or credits will not be provided to guests that cancel their reservation, in anticipation of forecasted severe weather.  Purchasing a travel insurance policy provides guests with some monetary protection for these events.  Guests are encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect themselves from these events.  Explore travel insurance options by visiting:  Travel Insurance.
